How long have you been in the business?

We established the business from decades and since then we have been in business.

What are your normal working hours?

We normally work round the clock in 2 shifts, 6 days a week. However for emergency projects, we can work 7 days a week.

What is the preferred means of communication?

Email and Chat (Skype/AOL) are most preferred. We also have a U.S. phone and Fax number. For understanding project requirements, we normally communicate using GotoMyPC, Team Viewer, Skype, etc.

What are the 3 things that you consider to be your differentiating factors - How your company differentiates from other offshore service providers?

Happy clients: We have successfully completed many projects and have clients coming back to us again and again.
Ability to finish work in an emergency: We can work 6 days a week if we need to finish work urgently.
Work experience: We have been in the industry since 2014 and have completed several projects successfully.

How do you charge — per hour or project?

It depends on your project. We can charge on per hour or per project or per man-month basis- whichever is most convenient to you.

How do we pay you?

We have bank accounts in USA, Wiretransfer, ACH, Check and PayPal.

What are your typical payment terms?

The typical payment terms - Immediate, monthly or fortnightly — depends on the invoice amount.

Do you have a services agreement/contract you like to use?

We have a standard services agreement, however, we are flexible and any additions/alterations, if required.

Has each employee taken any English competency exams?

It is our policy to recruit employees with good knowledge of English. However, we do not conduct any such exams.

What steps you take to avoid Disaster Management?

We have undertaken the following...
We have a well-furnished Disaster Management Back-up Office located approx. 1000 miles away from our present office, which can be used in the case of an emergency.
We can undertake large volumes of work in shorter turnaround times as we have the ability to work 6 days a week in two shifts if needed.
